A1CNow+ test system provides quantitative measurement of the percent of glycated hemoglobin (% A1C) levels in capillary fingerstick or venous whole blood samples. The test is for professional use to monitor glycemic control in people with diabetes. The test takes only 5 minutes and tells you how well the patient has been controlling their blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months.

The analyzer, test cartridges, and shaker kit pouches may be used until the expiration date printed on the box when stored refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C (36 to 46 °F).
