The GC TEMPase 2X master mixes consist of TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerase combined with an optimized GC buffer system (GC buffer I or II), dNTPs and MgCl2. Just add DNA template and primers to carry out PCR.

GC-Rich DNA Target Kit consists of TEMPase Hot Start DNA polymerase and seperate tubes with GC buffer I and II. The kit is designed for initial testing before using one of the GC-TEMPase 2X Master Mixes.

Long term storage at -20 °C. Product expiry at -20 °C is stated on the label. Optional: Store at +4 °C for up to 6 months.
