VWR® Taq Plus is an optimized format of Taq DNA polymerase master mix and, therefore, is a good alternative to Taq DNA polymerase and Taq DNA polymerase master mix.

Ensures increased specificity and improved PCR performance, even on difficult templates. These reagents are suitable for standard PCR applications, screening and high-throughput testing.
This PCR master mix is composed of Taq DNA polymerase and an optimized buffer system, including dNTPs and magnesium chloride (1.5 mM).
Long term storage at -20 °C. Product expiry at -20 °C is stated on the label. Optional: Store at +4 °C for up to 6 months.
