NEBNext Library Quant DNA Standards are a set of six standards, defining a curve from 100 pM to 0.001 pM, intended for use with the NEBNext Library Quant Master Mix found in the NEBNext Library Quant Kit for Illumina (NEB #E7630).

• Additional volume of the standards included in NEB #E7630
• qPCR-based library quant based on either four or six standards

The six standards offered are the same as the six that are included in the base kit. The NEBNext Library Quant Kit manual includes details for using either four or six standards for quantitation.
