The multiple affinity removal LC column – human albumin/IgG is designed to chromatographically remove the two most interfering high-abundant proteins (albumin and IgG) from human samples (such as plasma, serum, urine or cerebrospinal fluid).

Serum injection volume is 100 µl per run for the 4.6 mm id column
Optimize sample recovery by utilizing rapid, single injection protocols and optimized buffers
Column is compatible with most FPLC or HPLC pumps or instruments

Removal of albumin and IgG improves the subsequent LC/MS and electrophoretic analysis of the sample by effectively expanding the dynamic range of the analysis.
