HiScreen Capto DEAE Columns

HiScreen™ Capto™ DEAE column is a weak anion exchanger with a bed height of 10 cm making it an excellent tool for method optimization, parameter screening, robustness testing, and convenient scale-up.

Process fluid velocities can be applied, since the bed height gives enough residence time and the results can then serve as basis for linear process scale-up. It is prepacked with Capto™ DEAE ion exchange chromatography medium.
