SensoLyte® Protein Phosphatase Assay Kits uses specific substrates to quantify specific protein phosphatase activities such as MFP, pNPP FDP or acid phosphatases. The kit can be used for characterizing kinetics of enzyme reaction and high throughput screening of protein phosphatase inhibitors/inducers.
