Loading Dye Base, 50X is used for custom loading buffer preparation. The Loading Dye Base is a concentrated solution containing patent blue, bromophenol blue and amaranth tracking dyes, which migrate at approximately 4,000 bp, 400 bp and 10 bp, on a 1% agarose gel, respectively. Using Loading Dye Base eliminates the need to weigh messy dye powders.
