White Glove Installation and Verification Service–the white glove installation includes unpacking, inspection, removal/disposal of packing materials, transporting order via elevator and merchandise set up in the room of your choice, installation of casters or leveling feet, power and electrical connections inspected, supply voltage verified, functional and performance verification documented. Our engineers will move the unit from the customer's receiving dock to the lab within the same building. This service does NOT include transportation from vendor warehouse to customer's receiving dock.
