Stevens Tenotomy Scissors are used for delicate dissection and cutting in ophthalmologic, neurological, and plastic surgery procedures.

They have long handles and small, sharp blades with sharp or blunt wedge-shaped tips

Censitrac Ready OR Grade Stevens Tenotomy Scissors are industry standard and constructed of stainless steel.

The long handles allow the surgeon to have a firm grip and control while dissecting or cutting in small or narrow areas. Sharp tips allow precise dissection and cutting of delicate tissue, while blunt tipped blades are used more often for dissecting and cutting mucus membranes.
