VerityPfu DNA Polymerase is a proprietary next generation, high fidelity, proofreading enzyme that does not require hot start conditions
VerityPfu enzyme possesses exceptional proofreading activity that results in 50X higher fidelity than standard Taq DNA polymerase. For added convenience and value, the advanced Reaction Buffer (5X) includes dNTPs and MgCl2. PCR products generated with this enzyme are blunt-end finished.
Ultra-fast VerityPfu DNA Polymerase accurately and reliably generate amplicons up to 10 kb from complex genomic, viral, and plasmid templates.
Novel point mutations resulted in a Pfu variant with enhanced DNA binding that allows for significantly improved processing, yields and shortened cycle times.
