Allows filling a user-supplied Fast-Freeze Flask under sterile conditions prior to lyophilization
Adapters are deisgned for use with Labconco Fast-Freeze Flasks ranging in size from 120mL up to 2000mL. After filling the flask, the valve is closed off isolating the contents for transportation to the freeze dryer. Once the flask is attached to the freeze dryer and a vacuum is pulled, open the flask to vacuum using the adapter valve. After freeze drying, the valve is closed to transport the samples back to the BSC to open.
Valve closes to isolate contents for transportation.
