Manufactured from 33 expansion, low extractable borosilicate glass conforming to USP Type I and ASTM E438, Type I, Class A requirements.

A vacuum-tight seal is created with the open-top compression cap and FKM O-Ring to allow adjustable immersion of thermometers, etc. Cap is suitable for use to 150°C (302°F). To use as a septum port, replace the O-Ring with a PTFE-lined septum. Supplied with one FKM O-Ring and one cap.
