ProSieve™ EX Buffers accelerate speed and performance on separation or transfer of most Tris-Glycine Gels without any compromise to resolution or methods.

• Simple selection - Separation of proteins 5 to 350 kDa in only 2 range formats
• 20 to 25 minute separation, ProSieve® EX Running Buffer
• 10 minute transfer/Western blot using ProSieve® EX Western Blot Transfer Buffer
• 10 minute staining using ProSieve® EX Safe Stain

ProSieve™ EX Running Buffer significantly accelerates run time to less than 30 min for most Tris-Glycine gels just by using switching buffers. ProSieve™ EX Western Blot Transfer Buffer can be used with most Tris-Glycine gels for a 10 minute transfer with only using this buffer, no expensive instrumentation needed. 12 month shelf life, storage at room temperature. Sustainable and considered safe for disposal, but should be disposed with proper safety guidelines.
