Checking Your Orders | Avantor

My Orders gives you the ability to self-serve and manage your orders. It provides real-time updates that include links to certificates, invoices and packing slips. We’ll also tell you when your order ships and when there is a change to its estimated arrival date.

Product wasn’t what you were expecting? Returns can also be requested online within 90 days of the product shipment.

My Quotes provides the ability to request a quote by uploading a file of products or searching by catalog number or key words. Products can also be added to quotes through individual product pages. My Quotes gives you visibility to available, drafted, requested and expired quotes.

Once the quote is submitted and processed, your Sales Representative will send you the completed quote and all the details will show in your My Quotes Available tab.
