Tracking orders

The Order Status page allows you to track orders and view order status. The page can be accessed from the "Order Status" link, which is found in the left navigation menu or the My Account menu in the top navigation bar.

How do I select the date range in which I'd like to search for an order?

Use the drop-down menu to select a time frame of one day, one week, one month, or three months. Or, you can specify a specific date range by using the calendar tool.

If you do not specify a date range, the order tracking search is limited to the last 90 days.

After entering the number associated with the order and specifying the date range, click the "Search" button.

Can I track orders that were not placed on Avantor’s distribution channel website?

Order status information is available for all orders placed with Avantor, no matter how you placed them (web, phone, fax, etc.). If you are searching for an order that you do not see listed, you can search for orders by entering your Shipping Account Number, Order Number, Purchase Order Number, or Invoice Number.

The Order Status page also allows you to view the history of orders placed with a particular Shipping Account Number.

Can I view orders placed by other people?

If you are a purchasing manager or someone who oversees large groups of buyers, Avantor can enable access to view orders for your entire user community.
