Anti-FASP1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Bioss

Mapping to chromosome 21, the FASP1 gene (FAPP1-associated protein 1) encodes a 233 amino acid protein that is homologous to the fission yeast protein Mis18. In yeast, Mis18 is localized to the centrosome and forms a complex with Mis16 to maintain the deacetylated state of histones specifically in the central core of centromeres. FASP1, also known as Protein Mis18-alpha and C21orf45, is required for the recruitment of CENP-A to centrosomes and is thereby essential for normal chromosome segregation during mitosis. With expression in testis, FASP1 exists as a homodimer, a heterodimer with MIS18B or is present in a complex containing other Mis18 family members. FASP1 has been shown to bind to pp5644 in Hela cells, where overexpression of pp5644 leads to inhibited growth and colony formation.

Anti-FOXA1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-FOXA1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Prosci

FOXA1 Antibody: FOXA1 is one of three members of the FOXA family, a subset of the forkhead family of transcription factors which play vital roles in development. It has also been implicated in the development of a number of other organs including the androgen and estrogen regulated tissues of the breast and prostate. FOXA1 modulates the transcriptional activity of nuclear hormone receptors and regulates apoptosis by inhibiting the expression of BCL-2. It is an essential protein for the transcriptional activity of both androgen receptor (AR) and estrogen receptor-alpha (ER). FOXA1 plays a pivotal role from early stage cancer through to drug resistant and metastatic disease. FOXA1 is not only an attractive therapeutic target but could potentially function as a novel biomarker.

Anti-ARF4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-ARF4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Proteintech

ARF4, also named as ARF2, belongs to the small GTPase superfamily and Arf family. ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs) are members of the ARF family of GTP-binding proteins of the Ras superfamily, with 20 kDa protein size. ARFs bind and regulate GTP/GDP cycle by alternating between the active GTP-bound and inactive GDP-bound conformations. ARF family proteins are essential and ubiquitous in eukaryotes. Six highly conserved members of the family have been identified in mammalian cells. They function in vesicular traffic and actin remodelling and other bioprocesses in cells. ARF4 and ARF5 are class II ARFs. Their function are not fully described. . This antibody can bind ARFs for the close sequences.

Anti-CUL9 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-CUL9 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Prosci

PARC Antibody: The continued localization of p53 to the nucleus is essential for its function as a tumor suppressor. PARC, a large, Parkin-like ubiquitin ligase has recently been identified as a cytoplasmic anchor protein in p53-associated protein complexes. In the absence of stress, PARC inactivation results in nuclear localization of p53 and activation of p53-dependent apoptosis, while overexpression of this protein promoted cytoplasmic sequestration of p53. Surprisingly, PARC knockout mice were viable and exhibited no obvious phenotype, suggesting that other proteins, such as the highly related cullin family of E3 ubiquitin ligases, may perform similar functions in the absence of PARC. Additionally, it has been suggested that p53 binding to PARC may serve to control PARC function.

Anti-TRAF2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Bioss

Regulates activation of NF-kappa-B and JNK and plays a central role in the regulation of cell survival and apoptosis. Required for normal antibody isotype switching from IgM to IgG. Has E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity and promotes 'Lys-63'-linked ubiquitination of target proteins, such as BIRC3, RIPK1 and TICAM1. Is an essential constituent of several E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complexes, where it promotes the ubiquitination of target proteins by bringing them into contact with other E3 ubiquitin ligases. Regulates BIRC2 and BIRC3 protein levels by inhibiting their autoubiquitination and subsequent degradation; this does not depend on the TRAF2 RING-type zinc finger domain. Isoform 2 does not seem to mediate activation of NF-kappa-B but inhibits isoform 1 activity. Plays a role in mediating activation of NF-kappa-B by EIF2AK2/PKR.

Anti-SMARCD1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 2F2G6]

Anti-SMARCD1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 2F2G6]

Supplier: Proteintech

SMARCD1 (SWI/SNF related, matrix associated, actin dependent regulator of chromatin, subfamily d, member 1), also known as BAF60a (BRG1-associated factor 60A),Rsc6p or CRACD1, is a 476 amino acid protein that localizes to the nucleus and contains one SWIB domain. Expressed ubiquitously with notable expression in liver, brain, muscle, lung, kidney, pancreas and placenta, SMARCD1 functions as a component of the BAF complex and, in conjunction with a variety of other proteins, plays an essential role in chromatin remodeling. In addition, SMARCD1 influences vitamin D-mediated transcriptional activity and is thought to provide a link between the vitamin D receptor (VDR) and SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complexes. Multiple isoforms of BAF60a exist due to alternative splicing events.

Anti-MUC6 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (CF405S) [clone: CLH5]

Supplier: Biotium

The MUC6 gastric mucin is a secreted glycoprotein that plays an essential role in epithelial cyto-protection from acid, proteases, pathogenic microorganisms, and mechanical trauma in the gastrointestinal tract. Mucin 6 expression is highest in the stomach and gall bladder, with lower expression in the terminal ileum and right colon. In gastric cancer, Mucin 6 has an altered expression. In normal stomach, Mucin 6 is associated with Lewis type 2; Mucin 6 is also expressed in gastric metaplasia, duodenum and pancreas. Mucin 6 is a secretory mucin, located in the deeper mucosal folds of human gall bladder, and its expression is altered with increasing degrees of inflammation.

CF® dyes are Biotium's next-generation fluorescent dyes. CF®405S is a blue fluorescent dye (Ex/Em 404/431 nm) with superior brightness compared to other blue dyes; it is also compatible with super-resolution imaging by SIM. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

Anti-FGFR1/FGFR2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-FGFR1/FGFR2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Bioss

Fibroblast growth factors (FGFs) produce mitogenic and angiogenic effects in target cells by signaling through the cellular surface tyrosine kinase receptors. There are four members of the FGF receptor family: FGFR-1 (flg), FGFR-2 (bek, KGFR), FGFR-3 and FGFR-4. Each receptor contains an extracellular ligand binding domain, a transmembrane region and a cytoplasmic kinase domain (1). Following ligand binding and dimerization, the receptors are phosphorylated at specific tyrosine residues (2). Seven tyrosine residues in the cytoplasmic tail of FGFR-1 can be phosphorylated: Tyr463, Tyr583, Tyr585, Tyr653, Tyr654, Tyr730 and Tyr766. Tyrosine 653 and 654 are important for catalytic activity of the activated FGFR and are essential for signaling (3). The other phosphorylated tyrosine residues may provide docking sites for downstream signaling components such as Crk and PLCgamma.
