Anti-GLUT10 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Genetex
Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) is a multifactoral disease with both environmental and genetics causes. Genome-wide screening procedures have identified several susceptibility loci for NIDDM within the human genome. A putative sugar transporter that has been localized to human chromosome 20q12-q13.1, one of the genomic loci associated with NIDDM. Because of the strong resemblance of this novel protein to members of the mammalian facilitative glucose transporter family (GLUT), the protein is known as GLUT10 (HGMW-approved gene symbol SLC2A10). Data suggests that GLUT10 an excellent candidate for a susceptibility gene involved in NIDDM.

Anti-AdV 5 E1A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC (Fluorescein Isothiocyanate))
Supplier: Bioss
The early region (E1) of the adenovirus genome, responsible for transforming activity, is localized within the left most 11% of the viral genome and consists of two transcriptional units E1A and E1B. E1A is sufficient for partial transformation and immortalization of primary cells. E1A gene products are necessary for normal levels of transcription of the other early regions of the adenovirus genome during productive infection and are able to either activate or repress the transcription of specific cellular genes. E1A forms specific complexes with cellular proteins including p105 causing inhibition of the cell cycle inducing arresting function of p105.

Anti-UNG Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
UNG2 Antibody: The human uracil-DNA glycosylase (UNG) gene encodes both mitochondrial (UNG1) and nuclear (UNG2) forms through differentially regulated promoters and alternative splicing. UNG2 is the major enzyme in the base excision repair pathway that removes uracil residues from DNA that arise through either misincorporation during replication or cytosine deamination. UNG2 can also be bound by the HIV-1 integrase and incorporated into the virion particle, suggesting that it is required to remove uracils from the viral genome. As the intrinsic antiviral protein APOBEC3G generates numerous uracils in the HIV genome during its replication, it may be that the UNG2 contributes to the APOBEC3G-mediated loss of infectivity by generating abasic sites in the viral genome.

Anti-HCV NS3 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Genetex
HCV is a positive, single-stranded RNA virus in the Flaviviridae family. The genome is approximately 10,000 nucleotides and encodes a single polyprotein of about 3,000 amino acids. The polyprotein is processed by host cell and viral proteases into three major structural proteins and several non-structural proteins necessary for viral replication. Several different genotypes of HCV with slightly different genomic sequences have since been identified that correlate with differences in response to treatment with interferon alpha.
