BioXp Select plasmid amplification kits contain reagents for isothermal amplification of plasmid DNA.
- Input: Plasmids ranging from 1.8 to 37 kb
- Yield: >10 µg/well
- Output format: Branched concatemers
- Compatible with BioXp 9600
Contains reagents necessary to generate at least 10 micrograms of amplified DNA starting from a sequence verified plasmid supplied by the end user.
Caution: Branched concatemers need to be linearized prior to transfection. A recommended transfection protocol is included.
