About this item
DNA fragment or library analysis from samples of limited abundance, for samples up to 5000 bp.
- The broad size range allows analysis of DNA fragments or libraries from 35 to 5000 bp
- Results are obtained quickly, in approximately 1 minute per sample
- Detection of DNA samples with limited abundance is possible, for samples down to 5 pg/µl
- Ready-to use ScreenTape devices, pre-packaged reagent and automated data analysis offer an easy to use system with reproducible DNA sizing and quantification results
- Reliable sample quality control is provided for next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows
- No cross contamination or sample carryover is caused due to the use of single lanes and individual loading tips
- Partially used ScreenTape devices can be used to completion at a later point in time
Agilent's TapeStation High Sensitivity DNA system provides a fast, automated, and flexible solution for samples of limited abundance in many applications. High Sensitivity DNA electrophoresis can be used for quality control of next-generation sequencing (NGS) libraries.
The High Sensitivity DNA ScreenTape assays are suitable for analysis of precious samples. They can separate DNA fragments and libraries up to 5000 base pairs in 1 to 2 minutes per sample. Data output yields objective quantitative and purity measurements from only 2 µl of sample.
Assays are compatible with all Agilent TapeStation instruments.
