Agilent's high quality ICP-MS systems contain interfaces that have a step-down vacuum stage, located between a pair of conical metal plates, known as interface cones. In common terminology, the first and second cones are referred to as the sample cone and skimmer cone, respectively. Agilent has all your interface cone maintenance needs covered with our range of supplies and accessories.
