TOC Cleaning Validation Kits, Texwipe®

Texwipe’s Cleaning Validation Kits were designed to simplify sampling as part of a cleaning validation protocol. The swabs and vials are further cleaned using a proprietary process to make these kits excellent for use in Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analysis.

• Swab head is cleanroom laundered, double-layered polyester knit
• Break-away handle allows the swab head to be placed into a sampling vial with minimal handling

Kits contain vials, swabs, and labels to sample multiple places in the production area. Prewashed TOC vials have been manufactured, analyzed, and certified to virtually elimnate all background TOC. Swab has a large head that provides firm support for sampling broad areas and flat surfaces. Can be used with Sievers Model 800/900, Anatel ANATOC™, Teledyne Tekmar, Ol Analytical Model 1010 and Shimadzu TOC-V Series™ TOC Analyzers.

Packaging: Kits are packaged in cleanroom-compatible polypropylene boxes for efficient transport of samples from production to laboratory with minimal chance of contamination.
