LB Agar Ampicillin

All plates are tested with at least 4 different recombinant strains of E.

• Plates shelf-life dated and guaranteed for 4 weeks from date of shipment

• Must be stored at 4 °C and in absence of continuous exposure to light
• With proper storage, most antibiotic plates are useable for up to 2 months
• All plates sold in sleeves of 20 unless noted otherwise

Luria-Bertani plates contain 1% tryptone, 0.5% yeast extract, 1.0% NaCl, and 1.5% agar unless otherwise indicated. LB medium is adjusted to a final pH of 7.0 unless otherwise indicated. All plates are tested with at least 4 different recombinant strains of E. coli to demonstrate the efficacy of the antibiotics and colorimetric indicators contained within.
