This microscale, water-jacketed condenser is used in reflux experiments
The top joint is a combination cap, thread and standard taper outer joint to accommodate and seal other microscale apparatus. The O.D. of the top joint has an external 13-400 thread to facilitate an o-ring and open-top phenolic cap. The internal (or I.D.) at the top is a ground standard taper outer joint. Inner standard taper joint at bottom, with drip tip. Jacket length is approximately 80mm. Inlet and outlet water connections are three-ring serrated fittings. Hose barbs for use with 5/16-inch I.D. tubing, size A hose connection. Fabricated from borosilicate glass.
Ordering information: Supplied with open-top cap (with 9mm hole), and size -010 o-ring.
