This shell freezer is a compact, efficient system for pre-freezing samples for lyophilization

Freezer cools heat transfer solution to –40°C (–40°F). CFC-free refrigeration system is environmentally friendly. The stainless steel bath contains two chain-driven rollers and is surrounded by urethane foam insulation. Freezer is also equipped with an LED temperature “wave” that displays the bath temperature from –42 to –20°C (–44 to –4°F). Other features include a brushed stainless steel and glacier white epoxy-coated steel exterior with blue accents, a right-side mounted power switch, a left-side mounted retractable bath drain hose, and a white high-density polyethylene cover.

It rotates flasks in a low temperature heat transfer solution, coating the interior surface area of the flask with a uniform thin shell of the sample.

Freezers 89002-720 and 89002-724 are ETL and ETL-C listed. Freezer 89002-722 is CE marked.
