These variable-speed, electronically controlled stirrers are built to handle viscosities ranging from water-like solutions to highly viscous fluids

Four models are available to handle a wide range of applications: Model 6000 is a low-cost, light-duty stirrer, ideal for stirring light to medium-light viscosity fluids. Model 1750 is a multi-purpose stirrer, designed to handle more viscous materials. Model 850 provides the speed and power to handle highly viscous materials. Its high-torque gear head maintains constant speed regardless of viscosity changes as mixing progresses. Slim design is ideal for use in three-neck flasks. Model 350 is a high-torque, low-rpm stirrer, specifically designed to maintain constant low speed. Maximum volume that stirrers can handle is dependent on liquid viscosity, shaft length, and stirring speed.

Totally enclosed, non-ventilated motor provides maximum constant torque throughout entire speed range. Eye-level, heavy cast-aluminum control box integrated with motor contains control knob for electronically regulating stirrer speed and on/off switch. Stainless steel shaft and propeller resist most acids and chemicals for easy cleaning.

Ordering information: Complete with 25.4L x 1.4dia. cm (10 x ⁹/₁₆") aluminum support rod and 1.8m (6') three-wire cord with grounded plug. Shaft measures 30.5L x 1dia. cm (12 x ³/₈") and has a 6.4cm (2¹/₂") diameter propeller.
