This is dispersion medium for primary neuronal cell cultures of rat and mouse and designed for the gentle and efficient isolation of neurons from neural tissue, supporting downstream cell culture applications.
Use this medium for dispersion of frozen nerve cells or fresh brain tissues dissected from rat and mouse.
This contains 10 sets of three different solutions of 2.5 ml each: enzyme solution, dispersion solution, and isolation solution.
