ScreenFect™ A is a low-toxicity transfection reagent made of novel cationic lipids, effective for DNA and siRNA delivery across various eukaryotic cell types - including common cell lines, stem cells, blood cells, microglia, and primary cultures. It can be directly added to media containing antibiotics and serum without needing medium change post-transfection, and contains no harmful substances.
