Click's Medium is a modification of Eagle's Essential Medium with Hanks' Salts (HMEM) and contains higher concentrations of essential amino acids, in addition to non-essential amino acids, sodium pyruvate, and nucleic acid precursors.
Contains 1350 mg/L sodium bicarbonate
Does not contain L-glutamine or 2-mercaptoethanol
With: 1350 mg/L Sodium bicarbonate
Without: Mercaptoethanol, L-Glutamine - add 20 ml/L (200 mM)
