Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium (IMDM) is a modification of Dulbecco's Basal Medium Eagle (BME) that uses high glucose and pyruvate, additional amino acids, 25 mM HEPES, selenium, and other components. IMDM is designed for serum-free growth of hemopoietic cells in culture and supports the growth of lymphocytes and a variety of other hybrid cells.
