Low Vacuum Stirrer Bearings are designed for use in applications to below 3 Torr.
All PTFE, Rulon, or PEEK wetted area construction provides for low extractables. Completely contained bearing and internal parts also provide non-shedding of materials into the reaction. The bearing is excellent for vacuum applications and can be operated at sub-torr levels. Rated for up to 400rpms. It can be used on either glass polished or stainless steel stir shafts.
Ordering information: Stirrer Bearings 71001-558, 71001-560, 71001-566, and 71001-568 utilize replacement FETFE O-Ring 89061-002 (size 116). Stirrer Bearings 71001-562 and 71001-564 utilize replacement FETFE O-Ring 89061-058 (size 128). Replacement items must be purchased separately.
