This Myc tag antibody, clone 9E10, is excellent for immunoprecipitation and Western blotting of fusion proteins labeled with EQKLISEEDL tag. 9E10 recognises recombinant proteins incorporating a c-Myc epitope tag. 9E10 also detects human c-Myc protein and a peptide in random coil configuration not as a helix.
Recommended Starting Dilutions:ELISA: 1/100 - 1/500Western Blotting: 1/100 - 1/500FACS: 1:50Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilution / concentration should be determined by the end user.
