About this item
Near-infrared dyes offer highly sensitive and specific detection in complex biological systems, because cells and tissues have intrinsically low autofluorescence in the near-IR region
VivoBrite Antibody Labeling Kits include amine-reactive near-IR CF™ dye and all other components required for antibody labeling, purification, and filter sterilization for small animal injection. Available with your choice of CF™680, CF™750, CF™770, or CF™790 dyes.
The long emission wavelengths of near-infrared fluroescent dyes also have strong tissue penetration, permitting in vivo fluorescence imaging in small animals. Near-infrared dyes tend to suffer from limited fluorescence brightness to dye aggregation and poor stability. Biotium's next-generation near-IR dyes are designed to overcome these problems, resulting in extremely bright and photostable near-IR fluorescence.
