G-Biosciences' Hyb-LINK™ provides high resolution and increases the sensitivity of random-primer DNA probes. Hyb-LINK™ capitalizes on increased sensitivity of blot hybridization without increasing the background, and therefore, provides reliable and accurate hybridization.
G-Biosciences' Hyb-LINK™ is suitable for all types of probes (compatible with both RNA and DNA probes). The protocol involves incubation of blots with denatured probes in Hyb-LINK™ followed by washing of the blot to remove excess unhybridized probes.
It is suitable for Southern, Northern, Southwestern and Dot Blot hybridization analysis, hybridization with oligonucleotides or other types of probes, and for hybridization screening of gene libraries. It provides researchers with unprecedented simplicity, reliability, accuracy for hybridization experiments.
