G-Biosciences' BLOK™ BLOTTO contains 5% (w/v) nonfat powdered milk in 25mM Tris and 150mM NaCl, (pH 7.4), with 0.01% Antifoam A, supplied in ready-to-use form.
G-Biosciences' BLOK™ BLOTTO works in about 10 to 15 minutes, and is suitable for Western blots, dot blots, ELISA, immunohistochemistry and other immunochemical applications.
