To ensure safe transport, all supplies are placed into appropriate cushioning material with an absorbent pad and a secondary leak-resistant bag. The kit can be placed inside a carrier shipping envelope with attached air waybill. Kit includes two pre-filled formalin containers, slide mailer with five 75x25mm (3x1”) single frosted-end slides, one 6mL EDTA tube, and two 4mL sodium heparin tubes
