This flask is constructed of Wheaton 33® low extractable borosilicate glass

The design of the flask eliminates the ball and socket joint connecting the scrubber and absorber components used during the silver diethyldithiocarbamate method described in the 18th Edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater. Flask meets ASTM Type I Class A and USP Type I standards.
