Stationary end unit kits include the hardware necessary for connecting end units to the track and anchoring the track to floor surfaces. One kit is required for the entire system. Stationary intermediate unit kits also include the appropriate hardware for connecting ends to the track. One kit is required for the entire system. Mobile unit kits include casters, donut bumpers, and the necessary hardware. All end, intermediate, and mobile unit kits include 188 cm (74") high posts, and can hold up to 907 kg (2000 lbs.). Track sets offer a variety of sections of track for assembling a track run ranging from 1.8 to 6.1 m (6 to 21'). Track and joining channel are made of aluminum extrusion 6063 with 6.4 mm (¹/₄") stainless steel tubing. Joining kit is stainless steel. Track sets are supplied with 8.3 cm (3¹/₄") acetyl wheel casters.

Stationary units anchor the system and track into position. Mobile units are positioned between stationary units and permit a single aisle to be opened between any two units as needed, providing easy access to all stored products. The guiding track is assembled and positioned on the floor to provide a smooth and level surface for the mobile units.
