DNA Gel Loading Buffer, Omega Bio-Tek
The 50X TAE buffer is composed of 2M tris-acetate and 0.05M EDTA at pH 8.3
Loading buffers are intended to be mixed with samples containing DNA in order to facilitate loading of the samples into the wells of agarose and acrylamide gels.
It is ideal for preparation of agarose gels for electrophoresis.
