The ROX dye qPCR calibration plate can be used to maintain the 7500 real-time PCR system with fast 96-well block.

For most qPCR instruments, the necessary calibrations should be run at least every six months.
: Avoid freeze-thawing plates. It is not recommended to use the plates more than three times. Plates can be stored for up to 12 months. Freeze (<−15 °C), and minimize light exposure.
