Fructose kinase dilution buffer I is used for diluting fructose kinase enzymes.

For optimal storage, aliquot diluted product into smaller quantities and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Formulation:
Frozen solution of buffer containing: 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 20 mM MgCl₂, 100 mM KCl, 1 mM KH₂PO₄ and 0.1 mg/ml BSA. Add to final concentration of 1 mM DTT to the aliquot prior to use. DTT Solution supplied in separate vial.
