Gel boxes and trays are molded with thick acrylic for leakproof performance and a long service life.

Trays are UV transparent for easy visualization of samples. Systems accept both 7 x 7 cm and 7 x 10 cm trays. Corrosion-resistant platinum electrodes are held in protective cassettes for safe cleaning and easy replacement.

Durable rubber casting gates permit easy, tape-free casting, while slots in sides of trays allow for easy comb placement. Two-piece comb design provides for vertical adjustment, giving control over well depth.

The "EasyLift" gel box lid is easily removed using the side tabs and pressure pads. Domed lid design prevents condensation from dripping onto gel and is surrounded by a drip ring to help recover the condensate and maintain buffer concentration.

Ordering information: Mini10 gel system is supplied with one 7 x 10 cm gel tray; three 8-tooth, 1.5 mm thick combs; casting dams; and well visualization strips. Mini7 gel system is supplied with one 7 x 7 cm gel tray; two 8-tooth, 1.5 mm thick combs; casting dams; and well visualization strips. Other comb sizes are available as accessories.
