Magnetic separation device-B consists of a series of ten powerful magnetic disks. Each disk attracts the beads in a 1.5 or 2mL tube fitted in an adjacent hole. After the magnetic beads capture DNA or RNA, the beads are pulled to the side of the tube while the buffer is exchanged. Device holds ten 1.5/2mL tubes or one 15mL tube.
