The one-minute competent cells (DH5 Alpha) are engineered for chemical transformation with high efficiency.
- One-Minute competent cells are highly efficient (>10E8 transformants/µg pUC19)
- No need for heat shocking or followed shaking as traditional transformation
- One-minute processing time and directly spread on solid medium (agar plate)
- Broad utility for general cloning, blue-white screening, or plasmid isolation

Just mix DNA with this competent cell for 1 minute and spread on plate. No heat shock, no shaking needed. This product can be used for cloning, sub-cloning, synthesized DNA, or PCR fragment assembly, library construction and more. 50 µl per PCR tube.
Packaging: Shipped with dry ice for overnight delivery. Stored at –80 °C.
