About this item

Pierce Miser™ Antibody Extender Solution NC is a post-transfer nitrocellulose membrane-treatment reagent that enables Western blot detection with much less primary antibody.

  • Use at least three times less primary antibody than normal and retain comparable or better signal detectability
  • Easy to perform, 10-minute protocol
  • Works with both colorimetric and chemiluminescent detection modes and with HRP and AP systems

The solution will reduce the antibody used by 3 – 100X, while maintaining the signal strength. It is compatible with colorimetric, chemiluminescent, HRP, and AP systems.
