Vials are made of crack-resistant medical grade polypropylene.

Vials can be used in many different types of automated analyzer systems. The label placement line, which is located just below the threads, allows accurate placement of a bar code label prior to the vial being capped. The opaque band around the bottom of the vial provides a reference for orientation by an automated system. The vial bottom is conical to prevent probe crashing, and tapered to ensure easy placement into racking.

Screw caps should be used when transporting the vial.

Available clear for easy visual inspection and amber for light-sensitive components. Without label.
