The considerable size of the beads is meant for very viscous cell media and high flow rates. It is meant for protein purification assays of the highest possible purity, exploiting the specificity of an antibody to its antigen. Additionally, we offer Rho1D4-tag affinity resin with a bead diameter of 40 µm for slightly higher protein yield and more mechanical stability of the beads. Alternatively, Rho1D4 MagBeads XL are available if you prefer this affinity chromatography method. Additional support products for Rho1D4-tag purification assays are Rho1D4 peptide, an essential compound of the elution buffer, and our Rho1D4 antibody for later western blot detection of your protein.
