Primary Human Iliac Artery (HIAEC) Endothelial Cells are isolated from normal tissue.
Clonetics® Cells, Medium and Reagents are quality tested together and guaranteed to give optimum performance as a complete cell system. Cryopreserved HIAEC are shipped in third passage.
Cryopreserved HIAEC are guaranteed through 10 population doublings. HIAEC express CD31/105, von Williebrand Factor VIII, and are positive for acetylated low density lipoprotein uptake. All cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots.
