This kit is suited to determine the optimal transfection conditions for any mammalian endothelial cell type that lacks a cell type specific optimized protocol for the Nucleofector® 2b device (or older generations I or II). In a first experiment a selection of different Nucleofector® Programs is tested in combination with the basic Nucleofector® solution for endothelial cells.
Applications: Kit suited for endothelial cells from different mammalian species and various organs
Already tested for human pulmonary artery endothelial cells.
Delivery: Content: 2.25 ml Nucleofector® solution for primary mammalian endothelial cells, 0.5 ml Supplement 1, 30 µg pmaxGFP® Vector (0.5 μg/μl in 10 mM Tris pH 8.0), 25 aluminum cuvette (100 µl), 25 single use pipettes.
