Wipes are made from a hydro-entangled, non-woven material composed of 45% polyester and 55% cellulose.

NOVA-TECH® 1000 cleanroom wipes are tough, abrasion-resistant, absorbent, and virtually free of particle generation. The synergistic blend of virgin polyester and cellulose is hydro-entangled into a uniform, super-tough fabric. These features give NOVA-TECH® wipes a high degree of absorbency and effectiveness during general wiping applications. Wipes made with this fabric are cleanroom laundered and processed, and double-bagged in a controlled environment.
